How to request deletion
If the game includes an in-app account deletion option, you can use that option directly. You can also submit a deletion request from this webpage by email.
Request account & data deletion
Include the game name, platform, player/account identifier (if one exists), and the email associated with the account if applicable.
Do not send your password, full payment-card number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What we delete
When applicable and when the data is controlled by 3ABSI Games, an approved account-deletion request is intended to remove the user account and personal data associated with that account, such as profile or account identifiers, account-linked gameplay data, and other data that is no longer necessary to retain.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to document that a deletion request was completed. Data controlled independently by Apple, Google, payment processors, advertising providers, or other third parties may need to be managed directly through those services.
Verification and processing
We may ask for reasonable verification so we do not delete another person’s data. We will process verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the email address from your request.
